Ofsted Reports

Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. It reports directly to Parliament and is both independent and impartial. By law it must inspect schools with the aim of providing information to parents, to promote improvement and to hold schools to account.

Ofsted’s role is to make sure that organisations providing education, training and care services in England do so to a high standard for children and students.

Details on how Ofsted inspects schools and academies can be found here

Inspection Reports can be found in the file section below or via the Ofsted website.

Leaders’ actions are changing the culture and ethos of the school. The principal and senior leaders present a unified and supportive team. They have the best interests of pupils at the heart of their improvement work. Pupils say they are happy to attend the school and feel safe. As one pupil put it, ‘I feel proud to come to this school and proud to wear its uniform.’ Staff are similarly positive about the culture and ethos of the school‘.

Parent View

Parental feedback is always important to us and we look for opportunities to engage with all stakeholders to gauge their views. One mechanism for parents to provide feedback to both the Academy and Ofsted is through the Parent View website. To find out more about Parent View please follow this link.

‘Parents who responded to Ofsted’s online survey are very positive about the school. The vast majority would recommend it, and the number of pupils on roll continues to rise. As one parent shared: ‘The ethos, personal attention and consistent policies provide a healthy and safe learning environment for both my children that are attending. They are happy at school. When issues have arisen, they have been dealt with quickly, effectively and professionally.’
